Female Educator,
The Orchard cohort was designed specifically for you!

Why The Orchard
The Orchard was not created to add another commitment to your life.
It was created because Christian female educators are performing well on the outside while quietly deteriorating on the inside — and that is no longer acceptable.
You are excellent.
You are capable.
And still… you’re tired.
Not because you lack discipline or devotion, but because you’ve been pouring from a place that hasn’t been replenished.
When God first told me to create The Orchard, I questioned why He would ask educators to carry one more thing. His response was simple:
“It’s not another thing on their plate.
It’s a place to evaluate what’s already there.”
The Orchard exists so you can pause long enough to notice:
-
What has expired but you’re still holding onto
-
What is nourishing and needs to be protected
-
What looks sweet but is quietly draining you
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight.
It grows when healthy evaluation is delayed.
A Space to Be Seen, Safe, and Supported
The Orchard is a sacred, structured space for Christian female educators who desire excellence without exhaustion.
Here, you don’t have to explain why you’re tired.
You don’t have to minimize your calling or your capacity.
You don’t have to pretend you’re fine.
You get to be honest with God, with yourself, and with others who understand the weight of the assignment you carry.
Rooted in Faith. Designed for Real Life.
The Orchard is built on the belief that what we receive matters more than how we perform.
Just like the body cannot out-train poor nutrition, the soul cannot sustain excellence without proper nourishment.
Inside The Orchard, you will:
-
Identify relationships and commitments that now have mold and must be released
-
Establish beneficial boundaries that protect your calling
-
Recognize people-pleasing patterns that are contributing to burnout
-
Reignite joy that has been buried under obligation and overextension
This is not self-help.
This is Spirit-led cultivation.
Burnout Will Not Bury You — Not on My Watch
The Orchard exists to interrupt burnout before it becomes your breaking point.
Through prayer, reflection, teaching, and community, you are guided back to alignment with God, with yourself, and with your assignment in and beyond the classroom.
You don’t need another motivational push.
You need a place to exhale, evaluate, and be restored.
That place is The Orchard.
This is not another thing to add to your plate but the place you come to reignite, reevaluate and rejuvenate.
